Paper Rock provides two payment options. You can either pay per template download or invest in an annual subscription for unlimited downloads.

We accept all major credit and debit card payments along with Apple pay and Google pay.

How do I create a Paper Rock Customer Account?
We set this up for up automatically when you first purchase a document. Look out for the email giving you password and access details. Your account holds all the information you need, including your purchase history and corresponding VAT invoices. If you are a subscriber, your account holds all the documents within your subscription plus all the information you may need to help you select the relevent templates.

You can unsubscribe from our mailing list via the unsubscribe link in your email.

How do I reset my password?
There are simple, easy to follow steps to resetting, just log in as normal and follow the insturctions on the log in page. Alternatively, you can reset your password in your account details. Simply log in and go to "My Account", make your changes and don't forget to save.

How do I become an annual subscriber to Paper Rock?
Great choice. An annual subscription to Paper Rock represents really good value. Click here to visit our subscription page and enter your details in our simple subscription form. At this point you'll determine some log in details and then, after your payment is accepted, you'll be free to download any templates you like from the entire Paper Rock library.

How do I update my details?
You can update all your details in the "My Account" area. Don't forget to save your changes

What are the payment options for my subscription?
A subscription to the Paper Rock library is paid annually in advance. Your first payment will be taken when you register for the service. As soon as your subscription is active you will gain access to the entire Paper Rock document library.

How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to the subscription area of your account and click on "view" your active subscription. Follow the instructions to cancel. Your subscription will run until it expires when it will not renew.
