Clare Cook Co-Founder
I co-founded Paper Rock after realising how difficult it is for small businesses, sole-traders and startups to find legal templates online that were actually high quality and legally accurate. I bring the creative vision, and manage our diverse and growing team. I love a challenge and can get very driven – traits that come in useful in the day-to-day running of Paper Rock. When I’m not working you’ll find me hiking across the South Downs or getting stuck into another good book.
Jonathan Dawe
Co-Founder
I’ve spent 30 years as a corporate and commercial lawyer and co-founded Grant Dawe LLP in 2006. I still continue to provide expert guidance to a wide range of businesses and business owners. As co-founder of Paper Rock, I handle the strategic development of the business. I ensure every document our customers buy is of the highest standard. I particularly enjoy the challenge of producing legal documents that are both legally accurate as well as user-friendly and practical. Outside of work, I enjoy cricket, in all its glorious forms – even when it lasts for five days.
